Top 10 records of Pakistan cricketers which have not broken yet

Pakistan Cricket Team is one of the best cricket team in the world. Pakistan in Cricket is known for there bowlers who ruled in the bowling department for long time. Pakistan also produce classy and great batsman too. 

Many records of Pakistani cricketers have been broken like Shahid Afridi's most sixes in international cricketers, 37 ball century hit by Shahid Afridi also get broken.

But here we are counting top 10 records by Pakistani cricketers which have not broken yet.

10: Longest Time spending on cricket pitch while batting

Pakistan first wicket keeper batsman Hanif Mohammad, spend most time on cricket pitch while batting. He spend "970 minutes" more than 16 hours on wicket while scoring 337 runs. His 337 runs in this innings was the highest runs in an innings scored by a batsman at that time. He scores this runs against West Indies in 1957 at Bridgetown. 

9: Fastest Bowler to get 200 Test wickets 

Pakistan Yasir Shah is fastest bowler in history of test cricket to get 200 test wickets. Yasir Shah took his 200th wicket against New Zealand in 2018 by only playing 33 test matches. He is also joint second fastest bowler to get 100 test wickets.

8: Highest T20 bowling rating

Umar Gul has the highest T20 bowling rating for a bowler. He top the ICC ranking chart in 2009. He is still at top in ICC historical T20 bowling ranking.  He has the Highest rating of 857. He finishes 2007 and 2009 Twenty20 world Championship as leading wicket taker.

7: Yongest bowler to take hat tricks in ODI, test and T20

The bowlers who are youngest to take hat tricks across all format of cricket are all Pakistanis. The youngest bowler to take hat trick in one days is Aqib Javed who at that time was 19 years old. He take this hat trick against India in 1991.

The youngest to take hat trick in test is Naseem Shah who achieve this feat against Bangladesh when he was only 16 year old in Rawalpindi. 

While Mohammad Hasnain is the youngest bowler to take hat trick in T20. He take hat trick against Sri Lanka in 2019. He was 18 year old at that time.

6: Most ODIs wickets in a calendar Year

This record belongs to Saqlain Mushtaq who invented dosra a unique delivery for off spinners. He take 69 ODI wickets in 1997. He is also on second in the list of highest wicket taker in calendar year. He take 65 wickets in One day internationals in 1996.

5: Most 5 wicket haul in ODIs

Waqar Younis have most five wicket hauls in ODIs. He have 13 fifers by playing 262 matches. Waqar Younis is regarded as one of the best fast bowlers. He forms one of the fearsome bowling pair with Wasim Akram. 

4: Highest Test score while Batting at number 8 in test

Wasim Akram is not only a bowler but a handy batsman too. He score highest score while batting at number 8. He score 257 not out against Zimbabwe in 1996 at Sheikhupura. He also hit 12 sixes in this innings which also a world record for hitting most sixes in a test inning.

3: Scoring a century in every country that hosted test matches

Younis Khan is the only batsman in the world to score a century in all 11 countries that have hosted test matches. Previously this record was held by Indian batsman Rahul Dravid who score centuries in 10 countries where test matches are being hosted. Younis achieve this feat in 2017 against Australia in 3rd test where he scores 175 not out.

2: Fastest ball in cricket history

Shoaib Akhtar deliver a ball against England in 2003 world cup is recognized as fastest ball in cricket history.  The speed of that delivery was 161.3 KMH and in miles it is over 100.2 MPH. After this delivery, the second fastest deliveries were bowled by Shaun Tait and Brett lee. The speed of their deliveries were 100.1 MPH. 

1: Most test runs in a calendar year

Mohammad Yousuf scores 1788 runs in a calendar year in 2006. In this year he broke Sir Viv Richards two records. First was scoring most runs in a single calendar year. Second was scoring most centuries in a calendar year. Viv Richards scores 7 centuries in a year while Yousuf scores 9 centuries. Both records of Yousuf which he made is not broken yet.

+ Most centuries (5) in 4th innings of a test a match. This record is held by Younis Khan.

+ The record for being the youngest bowler to take a fifer or a five wicket haul in world cup is held by Shaheen Shah Afridi who achieve this feat in 2019 Cricket world cup against Bangladesh.

+ Misbah ul Haq hold a unique record. He score most runs (5122) without scoring a century in one day internationals.
